Mohamed El Sayed Waaer

Graduated in 2015 from Alexandria University with a Bachelor of Law – LLB. He has extensive experience in dealing with multinational corporate clients. Mr. Waaer is regularly involved in complex corporate structuring and reorganizations matters as well as advising a number of local and expat families in the UAE and GCC.

Mohamed has also worked on several transactions for leading and international companies in relation to trademark registration and IP disputes, as well as negotiating and drafting transactional documentation, provides legal opinions on a variety of matters.

Mr. Waaer’s main areas of expertise are dispute resolution, commercial law, arbitration, rental disputes, and employment law. He is fluent in both Arabic and English.
